Turquoise of June Lake
June Lake loop, located in the Eastern Sierra away of U.S. Route 395, provides access to mountain streams, excellent hiking trails, and four beautiful lakes. June Lake is one of them, sitting at 7,654 feet and being one of the largest in the area. It is surrounded by peaks of the Sierra Nevada, with June Mountain being one of them. The lake's water under a blue sky takes beautiful turquoise color, which we tried to capture photographing the lake in the middle of the day, by the way, it was in June.
