Sierra reflections
Leaving Yosemite National Park, we spent a night somewhere between Tuolumne Meadows and Mono Pass Trailhead off the Tioga Road. As always, trying to be ready and on location well before sunrise, we were driving up and down Tioga Road to find a perfect spot to capture the eastern part of Sierra in its morning glory. Since there was not a single cloud in the sky, we had more time for scouting. Eventually, we saw beautiful meadows covered with some seasonal bodies of water; there was no wind, so we were able to take some photos of Sierra Mountain reflections. If you recognize the peak, please leave us a comment. We think it might be Mt. Gibbs.
