Imperial Beach Pier at sunset
Sunset was phenomenal that day. It was nice to see this after several hours sitting on the Imperial Beach, catching the warm December sun, and trying to photograph beautiful shorebirds. Coming from the Midwest at that time of the year, it was an enjoyable experience. Using wide-angle and 1-sec exposure ocean, clouds, and the pier created a harmonious and pleasant scene. What do you think? By the way, the impressive 1,500 fell long Imperial Beach Pier is the southernmost pier in California.
