Heart Arch - Alabama Hills
The Heart Arch is a notable rock formation in the Alabama Hills, California, known for its intriguing shape and the captivating landscape it creates. Surrounded by rocks of various shapes and sizes, the arch stands out as a fascinating subject for photography. In this photo, we used a long telephoto lens to isolate the Heart Arch and compress the image, highlighting its distinctive appearance and making it the focal point of the composition. The Heart Arch is easily visible from the Arch Loop Trail parking area. This trail also provides access to another popular and highly picturesque arch, the Mobius Arch, which we consider one of the most striking formations in the area.
