Foggy day in Point Arena-Stornetta
Point Arena-Stornetta Public Lands offers a fantastic opportunity for boondocking, hiking, and photography. We spent two days immersing ourselves in this intriguing landscape, which features the rugged and scenic Mendocino County coastline. The area is renowned for its dramatic coastal bluffs, impressive sea arches, pristine sandy beaches, and dynamic dunes, providing endless opportunities for stunning photographs. The interplay of fog and long exposure techniques worked exceptionally well for capturing the moody and atmospheric qualities of the region, creating images that reflect the unique beauty we experienced. Overall, Point Arena-Stornetta is a treasure trove for outdoor enthusiasts and photographers alike, offering a rich tapestry of natural features and moods to explore and capture.
