The boat is called the Tomales Bay Shipwreck, the Inverness Shipwreck, or the S.S. Point Reyes. It is in the town of Inverness on Tomales Bay in Point Reyes National Seashore and has been stuck on a sandbar for over one hundred years, becoming an iconic and unique part of the landscape. It was certainly worth seeing and photographing it.
